I am a fully certified personal trainer with an interest in fitness nutrition based in St Helens. I have been training clients for over 10 years and during that time I have refined my fitness strategy to provide the best results, but more importantly, to do so while having fun! I compete in PCA body building competitions. The key to natural bodybuilding is having good proportions, symmetry, muscularity and conditioning. Most important though, is conditioning. This involves having a low body-fat percentage, which allows the muscle's to be seen with more clarity.
My dedication to my own development cascades down to my clients and I use this to enthuse them to achieve to the best of their ability.
